In short: BatchDoc runs on your computer. We never receive your documents, and we don't collect them, read them or store them.
Any PDF or spreadsheet you process with BatchDoc stays on your machine. The Software does not upload files, and we operate no server that receives them. We have no access to the content of your documents at any point.
We collect only what is needed to deliver your purchase and support you:
Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record. We never see or store your full card number.
This site may use basic, privacy-respecting traffic measurement (pages viewed, approximate country) to understand which pages are useful. It does not track you across other websites and does not use advertising cookies.
We process your data to perform our contract with you, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Purchase records are kept for as long as those obligations require. Support correspondence is kept until your enquiry is resolved. You can ask us to delete support correspondence at any time.
We do not share your data with anyone else.
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email 9628885@qq.com and we will respond within 30 days.
BatchDoc is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify licence holders by email.
